Neuromuscular taping

Neuromuscular Taping (NT) is a treatment technique that has been used in physiotherapy for many years. This technique is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and joint stiffness, increase blood circulation and restore mobility.

NT is performed manually, with a special bandage that is applied to the skin, in a specific direction and pressure, depending on the desired effect. The bandage can also be used to apply pressure on muscles to increase strength and endurance.

In addition to taping, physiotherapy and osteopathy also use other techniques to treat injuries, such as electrostimulation, intratissue percutaneous electrolysis (EPTE), magnet therapy, dry needling and hooks. These techniques are used in combination with NT to improve results.
